The First United Pentecostal Church was founded in 1968. The blessing of God has been upon the church since its inception. The Church moved to the present locatoin in 1988 where we have 4 acres on the corner of Russell Parkway and Wellborn Road.   First United Pentecostal Church is an exciting church community that is Bible based and is proud to adhering to the Apostoles doctrine as illustrated in the book of Acts. Our motto is "Where Needs Are Met" and this is the code that we operate by with each service being designed to follow this principle of meeting needs. A church that meets the needs of its attendees is a growing and vibrant church.   We are a multi-cultural church that is creating a place for everyone to be a part of ministry. Our desire is to fulfill the purpose of Jesus Christ by following after Him in "seeking and saving the lost." Our entire goal and reason for existing as a church is to get people saved and to keep people saved. Every ministry of the First United Pentecostal Church must meet this criteria in order to exist.   This church has a rich heritage and desires to carry on the work of those that have labored before us by holding to the Word of God as our guide in fulfilling the purpose of God in this world.
